Dry Land storage is from September 30th to Victoria Day. The maximum dry land storage period is one calendar year.
No persons are permitted to stay overnight on boats stored on land.
Lift
Lift & Block - $10.00 per foot one way + $165.00 per hour after the first hour
Round trip lift – double the one-way fee
Lift on/off land transport - $500.00 + $165 per hour after the first hour
Lift Out to hang in slings for repair - $300.00 (maximum 1 hour) + $165 per hour after the first hour.
Trailer & Block- $200.00
Conolift Marine Sling Lift with a load capacity of 80,000 lbs that can accommodate boats up to 52’.
Fuel Dock and Pump Out
Mid-Grade Fuel -Marine Market Value
Pump Out – Houseboat - $40 per pull
Cruiser - $30 flat rate
Open daily from Victoria Day Weekend until September 30th from 9 AM to 5 PM. In April and October, we are available as needed. Please reach out during this time so we can assist you.
During the boating season, visit our Office, say hello and check out our retail area and boat supplies.

One Way - $15.00
Daily - $25.00 *buy 4 get the 5th one free
- Includes daily launch, truck/vehicle, and trailer parking while out on the water. 9 AM to 8 PM.
Monthly - $150
- Includes unlimited launch and truck/vehicle parking for one vehicle while on the water. 8 AM to 8 PM.
Monthly with parking - $225.00
- Includes unlimited launch, truck/vehicle parking for one vehicle while on the water, and boat stays on the trailer at the marina when not in use. 8 AM to 8 PM.
Season - $750
- Includes unlimited launch, truck/vehicle parking for two vehicles while on the water, and boat stays on the trailer at the marina when not in use. 8 AM to 8 PM.
